Presenting the Alfa Romeo C18 Concept Design.

February 7, 2017

Alfa Romeo has always been an automaker that prioritises style over anything else. So while the Italian manufacturer has bragging rights over some drop-dead gorgeous rides, those looks usually come at the cost of some mechanical issue.

Its recent wave of cars has seen an improvement. At this year’s Super Bowl – which is considered to be one of the best of all-time – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) made it clear that after years of delays, it’s ready to restore the 106-year-old brand to the summit with a stunning TV commercial.

Thanks to FCA’s openness with its future product plans, we already know which vehicles will be headed our way in the coming years, though one notable exception will be the Alfa Romeo C18. Designed by Antonio Paglia, the futuristic supercar concept is based on the Alfa 8C.

The concept design features a windscreen that blends into the hood of the car, covered in a honeycomb pattern. It also features the brand’s trademark triangular grille with LEDs along with LED headlights and daytime running lights. But enough with the descriptions, see the designs yourself.
