W.O. Bentley launched the company in 1919 with his brother. Two years later they delivered their first car to its proud owner, a motorsport fan named Noel Van Raalte. Today a team of over 100 designers and more than 3,500 skilled craftspeople produce cars in the Bentley factory in Crewe, in the north of England, which has been the engine room of the brand since the late 1940s.
