Cityscape Global is back and bigger than ever
The region's largest property exhibition is on at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 8 - 10.September 6, 2015
Urban legend has is that, at one time, 60 per cent of all the world’s cranes were in the UAE. Regardless of the validity of that statistic, it demonstrates the impressive legacy of construction in the Emirates.
No place has seen as dramatic a change in its infrastructure over the past 15 years than Dubai – including a huge demand in homebuyers – which is why the city is the ideal place to host the 14th edition of the Middle East’s largest property showcase, Cityscape Global.
With this month’s event taking place on September 8 to 10, the mood is positively buoyant with a 30 per cent increase in exhibitors attending the show, totalling more than 300.
Headline exhibitions include UAE powerhouses Emaar, Dubai Properties, Meydan, Meraas and Nakheel, while new comer Majid Al Futtaim Properties will look to showcase their ambitious new projects including Waterfront City in Beirut and The Wave, Muscat.
According to global property experts JLL, the Dubai market’s continued growth in housing demand has much to do with last year’s governmental regulatory changes, which has allowed market conditions in the residential sector to remain stable.
This year’s exhibition is expected to surpass the 47,000-strong visitors twelve month’s earlier, with investors flying in from all over the world looking to capitalise on the lucrative market.
