Dsquared2 gives Manchester City a style upgrade

The manager and players at the Abu Dhabi-owned club get new threads that give us serious style goals.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has signed two exciting Italians who he hopes will blend seamlessly into the Premier League club and add some real style to the squad’s performances.

His new acquisitions are identical twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten, founders and designers of Dsquared2. However, at 52, they’re a little long in the tooth for the hurly burly of the Premier League.

But off the pitch, the Italian fashion brand has landed the job of dressing Man City’s players such as Leroy Sane and Sergio Aguero, who are seen here modeling the official new club suit, along with head coach Guardiola.

The Caten brothers have constructed a contemporary slim fit three-button jacket with dual vents and a peak lapel, plus a waistcoat. They wanted the City players to “feel as confident in this suit as they do when they pull on their team jersey.”
