Dubai is hardly short of luxury hotels, but when a legendary chain like Four Seasons opens up a brand new property in a prime location right on Jumeirah Beach, you just know it's going to be something special.

Finally opened on Monday, December 1, the first UAE property from the world-famous resort group has been long awaited. The hotel features 237 guest rooms, including 49 suites, offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf on one side and the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline on the other.

As well as the three swimming pools, a luxurious spa and direct access to 270 metres of pristine private beach, the property is home to an incredible 10 restaurants and lounges - five of which are run by the hotel itself, with the other five being managed independently and located in a separate building on the hotel's expansive grounds.

Here's a round-up of all of the food and beverage venues you can expect to find:

Ground-floor restaurant serving international cuisine from six open kitchens, so you can see your food being prepared in front of your eyes.

Sea Fu
Much as the name suggests, a seafood restaurant, serving both Mediterranean- and Asian-inspired dishes. Seating options either inside, or outside by the beach.

The Istanbul-based concept has built up a reputation in Turkey for being specialists in all things meat, so the first Dubai branch promises to be one of the best steakhouses in the city.

Market Kitchen
One of two restaurant concepts on the site by celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (the second being a fine-dining option set to open in early 2015), Market Kitchen is set to follow on from the success of its Abu Dhabi counterpart serving Franco-American fusion food.

Brought to us by the same group that's behind La Petite Maison, the hugely successful London-based restaurant Coya, famous for its high-end Peruvian cuisine, is making its much-anticipated Dubai debut.

Lounges & bars

Shai Salon
Lobby-level lounge area serving tea, coffee and light bites with both inside and outside seating options.

Hendricks Bar
Gentleman's club-style, ground-floor bar perfect for relaxed evenings spent enjoying whiskey and cigars.

Mercury Lounge
Sixth-floor rooftop venue overlooking the Burj Khalifa on one side and the Burj Al Arab to the other. Offers premium champagne, cocktails, shisa and even a specialist vodka bar.

Provocateur Nightclub
First ever UAE branch of the famous New York nightclub offering electronic music in a super-luxurious setting. The venue features state-of-the-art audio and lighting equipment to ensure the high standards of its New York counterpart are maintained.
