“Residency” will run from September 7 to 28. It consists of four classes that are co-curated by MEAL* (Middle East Architectural Lab). It will show budding designers how to turn and idea into an immersive piece, with an exhibition of each participants finished work at the end.
“Design Impact” starts on September 10 and ends on October 12 and covers tech and humanity. Basically, the sessions will look at how design solutions can impact society and the environment.
Riyad Joucka, Director of MEAL* says “I think Today at Apple is an excellent opportunity to engage a wide audience with niche skills and to expose more people to Emerging Technologies.
He continues “For myself, it presents an excellent platform to share my experience with others and widen the horizons of our research into integrating novel processes of design, into our workflows.”
