David Myers to Host Exclusive Brunch at Bleu Blanc this Week

Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, David Myers will be in town this weekend

If you havent made plans for Friday yet, here’s something to consider. On the 8th of March, Michelin-starred chef, David Myers will host an exclusive, one-off Unplugged event at Bleu Blanc’s Friday brunch at Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai.

Here’s a peek inside the famous venue.

Myers will get hands on in the kitchen at his French farmhouse-inspired restaurant, where guests at brunch will have the opportunity to indulge in Chef David’s signature dishes prepared by the the Gypsy Chef himself.

The brunch at Bleu Blanc will serve numerous fresh dishes from Chef David’s new menu such as Charred Tiger Prawns, Mac & Cheese and Black Angus Brisket to name a few favourites. Together with Myers’ signature dishes including oxtail tartine, polenta croquettes, grilled king prawns, skirt steak and mac & cheese.

Sit back and relax as plate after plate is served at your table, accompanied by signature drinks, designed by internationally acclaimed bar guru Sam Ross, and French bubbles.
