Take a tour of Aston Martin’s Miami apartment block

Words by Rob Chilton

Construction is underway on the British car manufacturer's first-ever luxury residential tower.

High fliers in Miami who are looking for new digs – and have plenty of cash in their back pocket – are on red alert after Aston Martin revealed stunning plans for a luxury apartment block.

Foundations have been laid on the 66-storey Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way that will be completed in 2020. The first floor is expected to be finished in a few weeks and half of the units have already been sold.

Like anything connected with the elite British carmaker, supreme design and comfort are assured for every inch of the 250-metre tall tower in Downtown Miami that will become America’s tallest residential building south of New York City.

Apartments and penthouses ranging from 213 to 5,800 square metres are priced from $750,000 to somewhere north of $50 million. Somebody who might be interested to take a look at a show home in the tower is David Beckham, who’s working hard to launch his MLS franchise Inter Miami. Renowned for being a fan of British design, a new pad designed with Aston Martin’s flair would surely appeal to the ex-footballer.

Aston Martin’s chief creative officer, Marek Reichman said, “One of the greatest joys of design is seeing your work come to life. As this is Aston Martin’s first foray into real estate we are especially keen to see the tower start to take shape.”
