StyleZegna Launches its First Personalised Sneaker

The glossy Italian menswear brand strengthens its luxury streetwear sector with the Cesare sneaker.

Fashion loves a buzzword. ‘Streetwear’ and ‘athleisure’ have been riding high in menswear circles for a while, but ‘personalisation’ is now not far behind.

Ermenegildo Zegna artistic director Alessandro Sartori has cleverly created a footwear frenzy by combining all three words in his new fully customisable sneaker that’s a first for the Italian high-end brand.

Part of the XXX range – Zegna’s luxury streetwear strand of the fashion empire – Sartori’s My Cesare sneaker can be customised using dozens of colours for the logo, overlapping mesh, leather upper, leather detailing and sole.

Not sure where to start? Providing some ideas and inspiration are a string of music names who wore their personalised ultra-light My Cesare sneakers to Zegna’s FW19 menswear show in Milan recently. American music artist Topaz Jonas, Latin-American singer A. Chal, and Got7 boyband members Mark Tuan and Bam Bam wore their unique Ermenegildo Zegna XXX shoes as they sat on the front row.
