With more than 25 restaurants around the world and a few Michelin stars in his pocket, Vineet Bhatia could afford to travel in five-star luxury, but that’s not his style. “I prefer to grab my knapsack and have an adventure,” smiles the Indian chef. EDGAR spoke to Bhatia at his new Dubai restaurant Indya by Vineet about his treasured travel memories.
